This Privacy Policy describes how «Gastronom» (hereinafter — «we», «us», «our») collects, uses and protects the information you provide when using our website and ordering services. By using our site, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please refrain from using the site.
2. Personal data
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it — when placing an order or making a table reservation. Such data includes: • Name • Phone number • Number of guests • Preferred date and time • Comments for the order or reservation This data is used solely to confirm and fulfil the order or reservation. We do not share, sell or provide this data to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use one proprietary HTTP cookie to operate the «Know Odesa?» quiz.

An httpOnly cookie is not accessible to JavaScript and can only be read by the server on the next request. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings («Cookies and site data»). Deleting the cookie will not result in the loss of any personal data.
4. Local storage (localStorage)
To preserve your cart contents between sessions we use the browser's localStorage. • Key: gastronom-cart • Data: list of selected dishes (names, prices, quantity, images) — stored only on your device • Transfer: cart contents are sent to our server only when you place an order • Removal: automatically cleared after a successful order; you can also clear it manually via browser developer tools We do not store this information on our servers between sessions.
5. Third-party services
The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When you interact with the map, Google may collect data according to its own Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not control and are not responsible for data collected by third-party services.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction. However, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee full security of any information.
7. Policy changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. We recommend checking this page regularly.
